

I HAVE BEEN COOKING PRETTY MUCH MY ENTIRE LIFE, BUT MY IDEA FOR CMT CAME DURING MY TIME IN THE UNITED STATES ARMY. I WAS IN THE BARRACKS ONE DAY AND HUNGER HIT ME LIKE A MORTAR ATTACK. I COULD NOT BRING MYSELF TO GO DOWN TO THE MESS HALL AND EAT MORE SLOP. I DECIDED TO GO TO THE COMMISSARY AND PICK UP AN ELECTRIC SKILLET, A TUB OF LARD, A PACK OF CHICK WINGS AND SOME OF THE SEASONINGS I REMEMBERED MY MOM USING BACK IN THE DAY. I PLACED MY GROCERIES IN MY PAC AND PROCEEDED TO DOUBLE TIME MARCH BACK TO MY BARRACKS. AS I MARCHED A CADENCE REPEATED IN MY HEAD UNTIL I BEGAN TO SING IT OUT LOUD
" THEY SAY THAT IN THE ARMY THE COFFEE'S MIGHTY FINE
IT LOOKS LIKE MUDDY WATER AND TASTE LIKE TURPENTINE"
THEY SAY THAT IN THE ARMY THE CHOW IS MIGHTY FINE
A CHICKEN JUMPED OFF THE TABLE AND STARTED MARKING TIME"
"OHHH LORD I WAN TO GO BUT THEY WONT LET ME GO HOOOOOMMMEEE!!! HEY!"
ONCE I GOT BACK TO THE ROOM I PROCEEDED TO MAKE WHAT WAS DESCRIBED BY THE REST OF MY BARRACKS FRIENDS AS THE BEST CHICKEN EVER!!!!!!!
